Flat Bed and Rotary Printing

The printing lines at Sadaqat Limited comprise of Rotary & Flat Bed printing, which process colors and designs of a thousand patterns around the clock. Meters of the fabric are printed with multiple colors, high speed & accuracy and consistently high quality.

Digital Printing

Printing of photographic/continuous tone images, spot color pattern designs and a combination of both add creative printing alternatives for fashion and home textile. Keeping in mind our customers’ needs all over the world, Sadaqat Limited has taken a step forward by adding Reggiani 32 Head digital printing machine.

Computerized control system manages all the dyeing lines ensuring color consistency and quality. The massive Continuous and Thermosol dying lines and more versatile Jigger dyeing and Pad Steam units allow dyeing of fabric in the widest imaginable and impressive range of colors. Fabric is dyed with careful selection of suitable dyeing materials tested in our laboratory and ensures the highest standards of quality, continuity, fastness and uniformity.

Finishing Department comprises of Automatic hydro-extractors for the removal of moisture from dyed fabric, computerized tensionless dryers for instant fabric drying, soft-setting and calendaring machines for systematic soft-setting and rolling of fabric, fully computerized sanforizing machines for complete shrinkage control to give minimum shrinkage value. Again personal attention ensures that all the fabric leaving the finishing department is properly inspected and thoroughly quality checked for relevant factors before being forwarded to the next stage of production.

To get the best finish of woven fabric, the fabric goes through our latest Raising and Brushing technology to raise the fibers of fabric in a best possible manner. Through Shearing Machine, the fabric goes through shearing process in order to trim the raised nap to ensure that all the raised fibers are the same length, so that we can meet our quality level effectively.

To give the wrinkled appearance to fabric and to be mostly held away from the skin when worn, facilitating heat dissipation and air circulation in spring and summer season, we provide various beautiful seer sucker effects on printed and dyed fabrics using latest American Seer Sucker Machine.

Garment washing has brought out greatest change in today’s garments business. Sadaqat Limited is capable to provide different types of wash effects on stitched articles like Enzyme wash, Stone wash, Silicone wash to get softness, abrasion of fabric or turn the fabric into different appearance.

Carefully measured and aesthetically controlled fabric cutting through two Automated Hauser Cutting Machines provides necessary jump start to a quality based articles enabling us to meet the quality needs of our customers.

Stitching is the process whereby fabric is fashioned into a finished product by means of different sewing techniques. The stitching stage holds extreme significance to ensure that the product takes its shape according to requirements.

Our stitching units are equipped with automatic high precision Hemming controlled by Smart MRT hanger system, operated by trained workforce moulds the fabrics into different sizes and shapes for varying requirements across diverse markets.

Sadaqat Limited is also equipped with latest and state of the art automated cut and sew TEXPA machines for length cutting, length hemming, cross cutting of flat, duet and pillow articles. .

Latest fully automated single and multi-head Barudan multi-head embroidery machines provide Sadaqat Limited the flexibility and capability to cater the customer requirements. These machines have the precision to finish excellent multi-coloured designs fast with high precision.

Sadaqat Limited has Wadding plant for making polyester rolls to be used in quilting process & Automatic Pillow Filling facility for high speed pillow filling.

We offer state of art machines Automated Quilting facility though Single Needle, Multi Needle and Pinsonic techniques. These machines enable us to quilt an individual and custom designed pattern on request.
